Basic Requirement for Adobe illustrator

Before you begin, ensure that you have installed Illustrator CS6 in the computer. Illustrator CS6 runs 64-bit native on Windows and Macintosh OS X platforms. It can also run in 32-bit mode on Windows platforms.

The installation of the application is a simple process; insert the Illustrator CS6 installer disc
into the DVD drive. You may also download and use the free 30-day trial version of the
software available at http://www.adobe.com/ and double-click the setup program, and
follow the on-screen instructions. The use of the application is subject to the terms of Adobe's license agreement.

The minimum system requirements to run Illustrator CS6 are listed as follows:

1. Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athol 64 processor

2. Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 3 or Windows 7 with Service Pack 1

3. 1G8 of RAM (3G8 recommended) for 32-bit; 2GB of RAM (8GB recommended) for 64-bit

4. 2GB of available hard disk space for installation; additional free space required during installation

5. 1024x768 display (1280x800 recommended) with 16-bit video card

6. DVD-ROM drive

7. DirectX 9-capable graphics card with at least 64MB of VRAM.
